All confirmed customer orders will go through product inspection, sorting and professional packaging within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation. All processing work is suspended on weekends and Hong Kong statutory public holidays, which are excluded from the official processing period.
During peak shopping seasons and promotional activities with massive order inflows, order processing schedules may be appropriately extended. We will send timely email notifications to customers once significant processing delays occur to ensure full order transparency.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all casual bag orders are calculated according to package weight, volume and international shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
The standard delivery time for all our bag products is 15 business days after outbound shipment. All delivery durations are estimated values and for reference only, subject to actual logistics operation status.
Actual delivery progress may be affected by uncontrollable factors including logistics carrier arrangement adjustments, cross-border customs clearance procedures, extreme weather conditions, regional logistics restrictions and official holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your bag order is picked up and dispatched from our local warehouse, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email attached with your exclusive tracking number and official logistics inquiry channel.
Tracking data cannot be queried immediately after shipment. The logistics system requires 24 to 48 hours for data synchronization and update. Customers can check real-time package transit status after the system update is completed.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to fill in accurate, detailed and valid delivery address and recipient contact information during checkout. Please verify all information carefully to avoid delivery errors and logistics exceptions.
CHEUK YING JOYCE LAU shall not bear any responsibility for misdelivery, delivery failure or package return caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. Any reshipping fees incurred by address-related package returns will be borne solely by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package logistics tracking is interrupted, no longer updated or confirmed lost during transit, please contact our customer service team via email within 2 days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with logistics providers to launch a comprehensive investigation and follow up on the settlement progress.
Casual bags may suffer packaging damage, surface scratches, fabric creases or structural damage during long-distance transportation. If you receive defective or damaged items, please submit clear photos of the outer package and damaged product details to our support team within 24 hours after receipt. We will verify the situation and provide targeted after-sales solutions efficiently.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice

Each casual bag is equipped with detailed official care guidelines, covering daily usage specifications, cleaning methods, dust-proof and moisture-proof storage, and daily maintenance tips to protect product appearance and durability.
We will not undertake liability for product fading, deformation, fabric damage, structural failure and service life reduction caused by improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, rough usage, inappropriate storage and other human-induced misuse.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All cross-border shipments of daily bags must comply with the import policies, customs inspection rules and tax regulations of the destination country or region. Additional import duties, inspection fees and related taxes may be charged during customs clearance.
All customs-related expenses are fully borne by the customer and are not included in product prices and shipping fees. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return or confiscation caused by unpaid customs fees or customer violation of local import regulations.
