Refund policy
Our shop implements a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at the following address: info@joycelauhu.shop. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Old Bailey Street, Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong SAR. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. Damaged Goods & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Non-Returnable Items & Special Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional discounted items or gift cards.
Product Exchange Rules
The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cancellation & Return Right for EU Orders
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing Rules
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned items, and inform you whether your refund application is approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that the processing and display of refunds by your bank or credit card company may take some time. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@joycelauhu.shop.
